I created two different granola recipes using my base recipe. The first is a crunchy cinnamon granola and the second is a trail mix granola. Both of these healthy granola types are perfect to prep for meals throughout the week, for long car rides, or just to have on hand as a yogurt topper or to eat with some milk.

Ingredients
Granola Base
- 4 cups oats
- 1/2 cup coconut oil
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
Crunchy Cinnamon Granola
- 2 cups granola base
- 1 tbsp cinnamon
- 1 cup roughly chopped pecans
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Trail Mix Granola
- 2 cups granola base
- 1 cup roughly chopped almonds
- 1/3 cup sunflower seeds
- 1/3 cup pumpkin seeds
- 1/4 cup coconut
- 1/4 cup dried blueberries
- 1 tbsp hemp seeds
- 1/3 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Mix the granola base ingredients
- Divide the base into two portions
- Mix the Crunchy Cinnamon Granola ingredients with half of the base
- Mix the Trail Mix Granola ingredients with half of the base
- Add each mixed granola to separate baking trays
- Place in the preheated oven
- Bake for 20-30 minutes mixing the granola every ten minutes to prevent burning
- Take out of the oven when it is toasty and fragrant
- Let the granola cool and enjoy!
Notes
If you would like to make just one type of granola then you can double the ingredients for either granola type and leave the base measurements the same.
